(NASDAQ: TGL) (“Treasure Global” or the “Company”), a Southeast Asia–anchored technology company, today announced that it has entered into securities purchase agreement with certain institutional investors for the purchase and sale of 250,000 shares of its common stock, par value $0.00001 per share, in a registered direct offering, raising gross proceeds of USD 2,500,000, before deducting commissions and offering expenses. The closing of the offering is expected to occur on or about December 11, 2025, subject to customary closing conditions.
